CS/HB 1161: Group Self-Insurance Funds
GENERAL BILL by Jobs & Entrepreneurship Council ; Brown
Group Self-Insurance Funds; Authorizes board of trustees of specified self-insurers to declare moneys in excess of amount necessary to fund all obligations of self-insurer as refundable to members or policyholders; authorizes board to distribute such dividends or premium refunds; requires specified self-insurers to submit to OIR request to make or declare dividend or premium refund; requires OIR approval to pay dividend or premium refund, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
