Ethics in Education Act; Specifies certain felony offenses against a minor as additional offenses that constitute a breach of the public trust. Provides notice in the criminal statutes that certain retirement benefits are subject to forfeiture for committing certain felony offenses against a minor. Requires each district school board to adopt standards of ethical conduct and provide training for instructional personnel and school administrators, etc. APPROPRIATION: $153,872.
