LOCAL BILL by Joyner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Storms
Hillsborough County/Public Buildings and Works; Increases the number of projects to five for which payment and performance bonds may be waived for the construction or repair of public buildings or for the prosecution and completion of public works that a small business may successfully bid before becoming ineligible for certain additional bidding. Extends the sunset date of chapter 2004-414, Laws of Florida, to September 30, 2011, etc.
