Brownfield Site Redevelopment [RPCC]; Revises requirements for site rehabilitation tax credits. Provides for financial assistance in certain additional circumstances involving a transfer of contaminated property. Provides criteria and requirements for granting solid waste removal tax credits. Provides for limited application of Brownfield Areas Loan Guarantee Program grants to construction and operation of new health care facilities and health care providers, etc.
