HIV and AIDS Educational Requirements [SPCC]; Revises HIV and AIDS educational course requirements for certain employees and clients of the following: hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, mobile surgical facilities, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospices, assisted living facilities, certain facilities for the developmentally disabled, receiving and treatment facilities for the mentally ill, and substance abuse facilities, etc.
