Children with Disabilities; Creates "Window of Opportunity Act"; revises provisions relating to eligibility for enrollment in Medikids; provides conditions for enrollment of new applicants in Florida Healthy Kids program & limits enrollment in Medikids program; limits lifetime maximum of health benefits coverage for certain services; authorizes AHCA to seek federal approval through state plan amendment to provide home & community-based services for autism, etc.
