GENERAL BILL by Aubuchon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler

Transportation [CPSC]; Provides for counties to incur certain costs related to relocation or removal of certain utility facilities under specified circumstances; provides for airports, land adjacent to airports, & certain interlocal agreements relating thereto in certain elements of plan; provides that provisions requiring continuation of tolls following discharge of bond indebtedness does not apply to high-occupancy toll or express lanes, etc.
