GENERAL BILL by Education Policy Council ; Public Safety and Domestic Security Policy Committee ; Kreegel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth ; Sachs ; Snyder

Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers; Provides that officer is entitled to specified rights if officer is subject to suspension in disciplinary proceeding; provides that officer is entitled to review witness statements by other officers & other existing evidence before officer under investigation is interrogated; provides that time-limitation periods will be tolled during disciplinary proceedings under certain specified circumstance, etc.
