GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Villalobos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
School Districts [SPSC]; Requires that each district school board adopt the district school superintendent's recommendations relating to compensation and salary schedules unless 66 percent of the district school board members vote to reject such recommendations. Revises provisions relating to the district school superintendent's duty to prepare and recommend salary schedules for adoption by the district school board, etc.
