Education Funding; Revises provisions relating to education technology, salary of school board members & superintendents, term of operation of schools, virtual instruction, class size, school breakfast programs, instructional materials, fees for CLAST, FEFP calculations, amount & use of capital improvement millage, contracts for school personnel, teacher bonuses, use of charter school capital outlay funds, & special facilities construction projects, etc.
