Child Support Enforcement [WPSC]; Establishes standards for presumption of reasonable costs of & accessibility to health insurance; requires that court make written finding before deviating from presumed reasonable cost; provides method for calculating child's health insurance & noncovered medical expenses; establishes & provides for enforcement of medical support obligations in child-support enforcement cases that received services under Social Security Act.
