Motor Vehicle Crashes; Requires driver of vehicle involved in crash that results in serious bodily injury to stop & remain at scene until he or she has fulfilled specified requirements; directs court to order restitution; revises mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for person who was driving under influence & fails to stop & fulfill such requirements at scene of crash that results in death of any person, etc.
