Military Affairs; Revises amount of annual leave of absence granted to officers & employees of state, counties, municipalities, & political subdivisions of state who are commissioned reserve officers or reserve enlisted personnel in U.S. military or naval service or who are members of National Guard; authorizes Adjutant General to appoint second Assistant Adjutant General for Army; provides finding that act fulfills important state interest.
