Insurance Fraud and Abuse; Designates act "Comprehensive Insurance Fraud Investigation and Prevention Act of 2010"; revises when vehicle crash report is required; requires certain health care clinic licensure & exemption documents to include certain notice; provides for reports of suspected health care clinic licensure violations & information sharing; provides that clinic violations are grounds for disciplining health care professionals, etc.
