CS/SB 2618: Warranty Associations [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Bennett
Warranty Associations [CPSC]; Provides penalties for certain licensure violations. Prohibits service agreement companies from issuing certain deceptive advertisements, operating without a subsisting license, or remitting premiums to a person other than the obligated service agreement company. Deletes a requirement that certain service agreement forms be approved by the OIR of the Financial Services Commission, etc.
