GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Detert ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery

Wireless Communications Device/Driving [CPSC]; Creates the "Florida Ban on Texting While Driving Law." Prohibits the operation of a motor vehicle while using a wireless communications device for certain purposes. Provides for points to be assessed against a driver's license for the unlawful use of a wireless communications device resulting in a crash, etc.
