I of ch. 429, F.S., "Assisted Care Communities Licensing Procedures Act"; requires providers to have & display license; establishes license fees & conditions for assessment thereof; provides procedures for change of ownership; requires background screening of specified employees; provides for inspections & investigations to determine compliance.
