SB 2002: Implementing 2011-2012 General Appropriations Act

GENERAL BILL by Budget

Implementing 2011-2012 General Appropriations Act; Incorporates by reference certain calculations of the Florida Education Finance Program for the 2011-2012 fiscal year. Authorizes the use of funds from the Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund for the Ready to Work Program. Provides allocation requirements for specified funds appropriated for forensic mental health services. Revises the expiration of provisions authorizing certain flexibility for the Department of Children and Family Services with respect to its organizational structure, etc.
