Seaport Security; Deletes provisions requiring FDLE to establish statewide seaport access eligibility reporting system; specifies that federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential is only authorization required for obtaining access to secure & restricted areas of seaport; deletes requirements for performing criminal history screening on certain persons authorized to regularly enter secure & restricted areas.
