Gaming Compact Between the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the State of Florida; Directs Governor to negotiate & execute amendment to compact for certain purposes; designates Governor as state officer responsible for negotiating & executing amendments to tribal gaming compacts; requires certain amendments to such compacts to be conditioned on ratification by Legislature.
