PROPOSED BILL by Budget

Medicaid; Revising legislative intent relating to funding for regional perinatal intensive care centers; providing for the creation an Internet-based system for determining eligibility for the Medicaid and Kidcare programs, contingent on the appropriation; limiting the number of paid hospital emergency department visits for nonpregnant adults, etc.

Effective Date: except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1. 2012
