PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Developmental Disabilities; Requiring that the Agency for Persons with Disabilities review a waiver support coordinator’s performance to ensure that the support coordinator meets or exceeds criteria established by the agency; providing that funds appropriated to the agency shall be allocated through the iBudget system to eligible, Medicaid-enrolled clients who have a developmental disability and not only Down syndrome, etc.
