Agency for Persons with Disabilities; Revises provisions relating to home & community-based services system; requires use of certain assessment instruments as directed by agency; provides for enrollment into tier waivers; revises criteria for tier waivers; directs establishment of performance criteria for & evaluation of support coordinator services; revises content & dates for report; deletes obsolete provisions; specifies use of allocation algorithm; provides steps for determining iBudget amounts; requires report on iBudget system; provides exceptions for inspections in accredited facilities; authorizes agency to petition court for involuntary admission to residential services; provides agency with final order authority in Medicaid program hearings; provides authority & procedures for food service & environmental health protection in licensed facilities & programs.
