GENERAL BILL by Government Operations Appropriations Subcommittee ; Business and Professions Subcommittee ; Steube ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Perry ; Raschein

Alcoholic Beverages; Prohibits EBT cards from being used or accepted to purchase alcoholic beverages; provides requirements for licensed manufacturer of malt beverages to sell beverages directly to consumers; revises requirements for vendor's licenses for manufacturers; provides requirements for brewpubs, growlers, tastings; revises restrictions on transportation of alcoholic beverages; provides exceptions & requirements for minor to sell alcoholic beverages; provides limited self-distribution for manufacturers of malt beverages; authorizes certain malt beverage tastings; deletes restrictions on sale by craft distillery; permits package stores to have direct access to another building licensed under the Beverage Law to same licensee; permits specified deliveries & sales.
