Patient Compensation System Trust Fund/State Treasury; Creating the Patient Compensation System Trust Fund within the State Treasury; providing the purpose of the trust fund; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1200 or similar legislation takes effect if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session, or an extension thereof, and becomes law and only if this act is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature
