GENERAL BILL by State Affairs Committee ; Agriculture and Natural Resources Appropriations Subcommittee ; Agriculture and Natural Resources Subcommittee ; Pigman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Caldwell

Environmental Control; Authorizing the use of land set-asides and land use modifications, including constructed wetlands or other water quality improvement projects, in water quality credit trading; providing an appropriation; directing the department or the water management district governing boards to adopt and implement certain recovery or prevention strategies concurrent with the adoption of minimum flows and minimum water levels; requiring the department to initiate assessments of Outstanding Florida Springs by a certain date, etc. APPROPRIATION: $6,495,998
