Rapid Response Education and Training Program; Establishes Rapid Response Education & Training Program within Complete Florida Plus Program; requires Complete Florida Plus Program to work with Enterprise Florida, Inc., to offer certain education & training commitments to businesses; specifies duties of program; requires reports to Legislature; requires DOE's Division of Career & Adult Education to conduct analysis & assessment of effectiveness of education & training programs.
