GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Hays

Environmental Control; Revising eligibility requirements for taking the water well contractor licensure examination; exempting certain constructed clay settling areas from reclamation rate and financial responsibility requirements; establishing a solid waste landfill closure account within the Solid Waste Management Trust Fund to provide funding for the closing and long-term care of solid waste facilities, etc.
