Firesafety; Requiring the State Fire Marshal to establish uniform firesafety standards for assisted living facilities; revising provisions relating to the minimum standards that must be adopted by the Department of Elderly Affairs for firesafety in assisted living facilities; clarifying the fees a utility may charge for the installation and maintenance of an automatic fire sprinkler system, etc.
