Physical Therapy Licensure Compact; Creates Physical Therapy Licensure Compact; provides for recognition of physical therapy licenses in member states; requires executive director of Board of Physical Therapy or his or her designee to serve as state delegate of Physical Therapy Licensure Compact; provides eligibility criteria for multistate license; exempts certain persons from physical therapy & physical therapist assistant licensure requirements.
