Transportation; Directing the Department of Transportation to erect signage in specified counties to commemorate certain conflicts involving the United States Armed Forces; directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop the Ethical Ecotourism license plate; creating a special license plate for recipients of the Bronze Star medal, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2017
