TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Mayfield
Local Government Lobbyist Registration System Trust Fund/Commission on Ethics; Creating the Local Government Lobbyist Registration System Trust Fund within the Commission on Ethics; providing for the purpose of the trust fund and source of funds; providing for the future legislative review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1534 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law, and only if this act is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature
