GENERAL BILL by Environment and Natural Resources ; Albritton

Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Transferring the Onsite Sewage Program within the Department of Health to the Department of Environmental Protection; removing provisions prohibiting the award of research projects to certain entities; requiring the county health departments to coordinate with the department to administer onsite sewage treatment and disposal system evaluation programs; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to appoint an onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems technical advisory committee, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, and except for section 2, s. 381.0065(7) as amended by this act, and this section, which shall take effect upon July 1, 2019, this act shall take effect on July 1, 2020
