GENERAL BILL by Baxley

Campaign Finance; Repealing provisions relating to the Florida Election Campaign Financing Act; deleting provisions governing the public funding of campaigns for candidates for statewide office who agree to certain expenditure limits, etc.

Effective Date: On the effective date of SJR 270, or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose, if that joint resolution is approved by the electors at the general election to be held in November 2020, or at an earlier special election specifically authorized by law for that purpose
