Business Organizations; Providing requirements, authorizations, and prohibitions relating to when the terms of a plan or a filed document may be dependent on facts objectively ascertainable outside of the plan or filed document; revising the process authorizing a domestic or foreign corporation to correct a document filed by the Department of State; requiring certain certificates to be taken by certain entities as prima facie evidence of the facts stated; revising requirements and authorizations for the contents of articles of incorporation, etc.
