GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Innovation, Industry, and Technology ; Health Policy ; Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flores ; Mayfield

Use of Tobacco Products and Nicotine Products; Requiring permits to be issued to persons or corporations whose officers are not less than 21 years of age; specifying that fees for a retail tobacco products dealer permit only apply to retailers dealing in certain tobacco products; revising prohibitions on the sale of tobacco products from vending machines; prohibiting a person from selling, delivering, bartering, furnishing, or giving flavored liquid nicotine products to any other person, etc.
