SB 808: Agency for Persons With Disabilities

Agency for Persons With Disabilities; Defining the terms “certification” and “third-party credentialing entity”; beginning on a specified date, requiring that all support coordinators and certain direct service providers obtain and maintain certification by a third-party credentialing entity; requiring third-party credentialing entities to charge support coordinators a fee sufficient to cover certain costs; prohibiting direct service providers from being charged certain fees, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2020
