Missing Persons; Provides definition of term "at-risk veteran"; provides that FDLE, as state Camo Alert coordinator, & certain agencies, employees, individuals, & entities are immune from civil liability for performing certain actions in good faith; authorizes law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over case to make request to clearinghouse for activation of Camo Alert involving missing adult; requires clearinghouse to establish & maintain Camo Alert Voluntary Registry within Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse; provides for voluntary registration of at-risk veteran; provides requirements for removal & expungement of at-risk veteran's registration & information.
