State Park Fee Waivers and Discounts; Requiring the Division of Recreation and Parks within the Department of Environmental Protection to provide a specified waiver and discount for state park fees to persons, corporations, or agencies that operate group homes and to relatives and nonrelatives who provide out-of-home care, etc.
