Broadband Internet Service; Requires DMS to develop geographic information system maps in collaboration with specified entities & consistent with certain reporting standards; specifies required contents of maps; requires DMS to annually update maps & establish mechanism to receive & verify public input related to broadband Internet service; requires DMS to monitor, participate in, & provide input in proceedings of FCC related to broadband service.
