GENERAL BILL by Williams ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Polsky

Dyslexia; Requires public schools to screen all students in grades K-3 for dyslexia; requires certain public school students to be placed in intensive remedial intervention program; provides for subsequent diagnostic assessment; requires remedial intervention to continue until student can perform at certain level; requires public schools to have at least one person on staff trained in instruction of students with dyslexia; creates Dyslexia Task Force; & provides requirements for such task force.
