Veterans Treatment Courts; Authorizing the establishment of veterans treatment courts by the chief judge of a judicial circuit; specifying eligibility requirements for participation in the program; providing factors that a court must consider in determining a defendant’s eligibility to participate; authorizing a court to impose a condition requiring a probationer or community controllee who is eligible to participate in a veterans treatment court to participate in certain treatment programs under certain circumstances, etc.
