GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Baxley

Repeal of Advisory Bodies and Councils; Repealing chapters 2003-287 and 2006-43, Laws of Florida, relating to the membership, powers, and duties of the Citrus/Hernando Waterways Restoration Council; removing the requirement that the Division of Historical Resources of the Department of State annually convene an ad hoc committee for purposes of administering the Great Floridians program; modifying procedures governing reclamation program applications to conform to the repeal of the Nonmandatory Land Reclamation Committee, etc.
