Affordable Housing Tax Reductions; Authorizing counties, municipalities, and special districts to provide an exception or waiver of impact fees for certain not-for-profit corporations for specified purposes; providing a tax reduction to certain entities that provide affordable housing to identified groups; requiring a taxpayer who receives a tax reduction to file an annual report; providing penalties for falsification of reports; authorizing a county to limit the number of qualifying projects that may be approved under specified conditions, etc.
