GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors Subcommittee ; Andrade ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Leek

Child Support Obligations; Requires payments in Title IV-D cases to be made to State Disbursement Unit; requires depository to transmit data through, & set up appropriate payment accounts on, CLERC System; requires consumer reporting agencies to provide reports to DOR; prohibits incarceration from being considered voluntary unemployment; requires certain social security benefits to count as gross income; authorizes credit if social security benefits are paid; revises methods for DOR to file orders & deliver notices; revises process for unclaimed property claims to collect past due child support; revises provisions for reports to State Directory of New Hires.
