Photographic Enforcement of School Zone Speed Limits; Authorizing counties and municipalities to enforce school speed zones through the use of speed detection systems; authorizing speed detection systems to be installed on state roads when permitted by the Department of Transportation; requiring counties and municipalities that install speed detection systems to notify the public that such systems may be in use and of enforcement of violations; authorizing counties and municipalities to authorize traffic infraction enforcement officers to issue certain traffic citations; requiring a law enforcement agency and its agents that operate a speed detection system to maintain a log of results of the system’s self-tests, etc.
