Critically Eroded Beaches; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to update its list and report on critically eroded beaches in this state and the associated comprehensive long-term management plans to include certain beaches eroded by certain hurricanes and identified by the United States Army Corps of Engineers as critically eroded, etc.
