Food Takeout and Delivery Service Fees; Limiting service fees charged to restaurants by third-party food takeout and delivery service applications or Internet websites during a declared state of emergency; providing that third-party food takeout and delivery service applications or Internet websites that charge fees in violation of the act commit a deceptive and unfair trade practice, subject to the penalties and remedies of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, etc.
