GENERAL BILL by Pizzo ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandes

Visiting County and Municipal Detention Facilities; Authorizing specified persons to visit at their pleasure county and municipal detention facilities; prohibiting persons not otherwise authorized by law from entering such facilities; prohibiting the unreasonable withholding of permission to enter such facilities from professional journalists or writers, etc.
