Resiliency; Establishes Statewide Office of Resiliency within EOG; provides for appointment of Chief Resilience Officer by Governor; creates Statewide Sea-Level Rise Task Force adjunct to office; authorizes DEP to contract for specified services upon request of task force; authorizes task force to designate technical advisory groups; requires Environmental Regulation Commission to take certain action on task force recommendations; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $500,000
